I came across an article last winter about a hot pepper that I was not familiar with called a Fish Pepper. It is supposed to be a hot variety so that captured my interest. I found some seeds at Seed Savers Exchange and ordered a packet. These are often grown as ornamental plants due to their beautiful white and green leaves. Since they are supposed to be hot I naturally had to try making pickles with them. I also made batches with Jalapeno and with Serrano peppers for reference purposes. Need to use proper scientific methods of course. I’ll let you know how they turn out.
